This interview process moved pretty fast. After sending in my resume and cover letter, I got an email inviting me to come in the next afternoon. The office vibe is pretty chill, and I met some work-study students while waiting. One interviewer was super late because of another university thing. Despite that, everyone made me feel comfortable and helped me show my true personality, not just what was on my cover letter. They asked good questions that guided the conversation, and also shared details about how the program works. I felt good about it because we all ended up laughing.

I got referred by someone who works there. First, I talked to that person. Then, I interviewed with that person and their supervisor. Lastly, I spoke with just the supervisor. We talked a lot about the job's difficulties, how my experience would help me do the tasks, why I'm a good fit, and my long-term goals. They called me with an offer two days after our last conversation.

The interview process was good, it included pre-screening and then interviews with the hiring manager and the team. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming, setting a comfortable tone. I learned more about the job and had plenty of time to ask my questions.
