The interviews were pretty standard. I started with a recruiter phone screen. Then, I had a second interview with another fitness recruiter. After that, it was a panel interview. Lastly, the recruiter extended the offer.
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with HR, then moved on to folks in the department. Expect around 3 to 4 rounds. HR and the other people involved kept me in the loop about each step. Nothing unexpected, they were good communicators. Felt like a typical interview process for a bigger company.
I talked to the talent manager first, then the hiring manager, and after that, the people who would've been my colleagues. The interviews went okay, but I suspect I didn't get the offer because I asked for a salary at the highest end of what they could pay.
