Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really conversational interview. They asked a lot about my past experiences and how I'd handle made-up situations. I had to use specific examples from my experience to answer the questions.

The interview process had 3 rounds: first, an HR manager phone call, then an in-person interview with a potential manager, and finally, an in-person meeting with potential colleagues both inside and outside the department.

So I had this HR screening interview that was about 30 minutes, and then it went straight into a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. After that, they set up this 3-hour virtual interview with the whole team, but then they cancelled it like a few hours before and rescheduled. Oh, and before the 3-hour thing, they hit me up for 5 recommendations, which was kinda tough since I just graduated. The 3-hour call itself was basically just chilling with people I might work with. They said I'd hear back in 2 weeks 'cause they were looking at other people too. Ended up having to ask them myself to find out they went with someone else.
