The HR team is great to work with and makes the interview process feel easy and considerate of the candidate. However, the overall process is a bit much, feeling way too long and complicated.
I applied online and a few days later a recruiter reached out. They mentioned I'd get an update in a few days. When I followed up, the recruiter said they'd have news by the end of the week. A couple days after that, I got an automated rejection without any personal message.
It was a few interviews in total, starting with a phone screen, then multiple panel interviews. There were about 4 to 5 interviews altogether, and it took around two months.
