Since I was an internal transfer, my interview was just a formality. The manager already decided they wanted me. Honestly, knowing people is still the main way to get a job here, more so than qualifications.
I got a screening interview that went really well. I didn't get to the second round though, but the HR person called me to let me know. I asked for feedback and she gave it to me.
It was a 4-interview process with 5 people, including the recruiter. Started with a phone screen, then a 30 min chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had a 30 min chat with other PMs and a senior manager. The whole thing took about 6 weeks, with a week between each round. Before the final round, I had to submit a past work product, specifically a business case presentation. The final round was onsite with senior management and the hiring manager.
