Interviewing with the American Marketing Association was a great experience. They started with a phone screen with HR, then a one-on-one with the hiring manager, and finished with a half-day of interviews with several team members. Everyone was warm, intentional, and aligned with the organization's values. AMA clearly prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and finding people who share their mission. I felt inspired by their care and commitment. If you're considering an opportunity with AMA, you'll interact with a team that values people and purpose!
The hiring process was extensive, lasting about two months from application to offer, partly due to the holiday season. It started with a Spark Hire one-way video interview, followed by a phone call, then a written task, and concluded with a two-and-a-half-hour group interview via Zoom with several team members.
The interview process was really well put together, made me feel welcome, and the people were nice. The HR person I dealt with was great all the way through. It was my first time doing a one way video interview, which I actually enjoyed!
