Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process with AMA was extremely unique, unlike any I've had before. It included a one-way video interview with questions, followed by an HR phone screening, and then a 2.5-hour interview with team members. It sounds daunting, but it was actually really great. The whole process felt intentional and timely. The video part was new to me, but I really appreciated being able to answer questions on my own time before meeting the team. I wish more companies did this.

First, you gotta do this one-way spark interview thing. If that goes well, they'll hit you up for a phone screening. Then, it's a Zoom call with the HR manager, the director of customer support, someone from the customer service team, and the customer service manager. I didn't get an offer, but they gave me some feedback.

The interview process was just like they said it would be on the job description. First, there was a video interview, then a phone call with HR, and after that, a zoom meeting with the team I'd be working with closely. Everyone was super helpful and even though it sounds maybe scary, the people really make the experience great!
