We had a 45-minute Zoom meeting, just me and the interviewer. They talked about the job and then we discussed salary and what licenses are needed for insurance sales.

They'll tell you there's no cold calling, but then you find out there are no leads and it's actually 100% cold calling. If that's okay with you, then go ahead with the interview.

They have you do a bunch of things, but the requirements aren't that high. They just want to hire you.
