Candidate-reported interview process

The people were nice and they did a good job explaining their future business plans. I had to talk to two different people, but it was still a good experience. Both of them clearly explained what they expect from someone if they get hired.

It was a really quick and easy process, very informative. It was just one on one over zoom. They start with a company video that explains stuff about the company and the job. After the video, they schedule the interview and you find out super fast if they’re hiring you.

It started with a webinar about the company, then a Zoom call interview with a group. Management gave good info during the Zoom call, and the one-on-one breakout session with a team member made me feel more comfortable. After getting the job offer, I had to pay for a licensing class.
