The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer was upfront about details of the job, but I did not like the "beat around the bush" about the position being highly competitive and the pay.
The interview process was easy and nice. The people I spoke with were kind and understanding. I had two phone interviews, then met in person with the head agent. They found my resume on a career search website and were excited to reach out. The head agent wanted to speak with me right away. The final interview involved giving an overview of myself and my background, then discussing job details. It's commission only, which wasn't clear to me. They promised lots of money if you stick to the plan. You'd have to pay for your own insurance licensure. You'd only make big money if you worked 50-60 hour weeks, including weekends.
Very positive interview, the staff here are very caring and loving. They genuinely want to see you succeed and make it their job to help you climb the ladder. There are endless opportunities here at American income life.
