Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process has two main parts: first, a group overview where they talk about the company and the job, and then final one-on-one interviews. The initial overview was just an hour-long presentation about the company and the role. If you move on to the one-on-one interview, it's about 45 minutes long, and they make the offer or rejection decision right there, which was unexpected.

It started with a one on one chat. Then, we had to do a group presentation talking about the company. We also got to ask them questions about the role or company. Lastly, some hiring managers interviewed us to get a good sense of who we are.

Lots of people apply, but only a select few make it through. Even then, only a handful have the insight to say 'yes' to the opportunity. The first interview is to see if you're a good personality fit. The Group overview gives you ALL the info you need to understand the company. If you're selected after that, the final interview is where a hiring decision is made.
