The interview process was quite straightforward and efficient, and I really liked it. The person interviewing me was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and asked some great questions.
The interview process is pretty straightforward. You'll start with some webinars about the company and see some examples of how we interact with clients. After that, there's a phone interview to see if you're a good fit. You'll need to have an insurance license already, or be ready to sign up for exam prep to keep moving forward.
The interview process was unethical. The person who was supposed to interview me only focused on selling me an insurance policy. I didn't understand but bought it thinking I needed to have a policy with them to be hired. That's why I didn't accept the job at that office.
