Candidate-reported interview process

after the second interview we met with the owner individually - he went over the job details and bonus structure along with the hours - not a job for me as the hours did not agree with my schedule

You'll come in for a group interview for an "Administrative Position" where they'll talk about their "Wonderful Opportunity for Unlimited Income." Then, you get pressured into getting licensed as an Insurance Agent, which is 100% commission-only. You'll have to constantly bother people to buy insurance, even if they have enough.

After they saw my résumé online, they called me to set up an interview. I missed it because of unforeseen circumstances. About two weeks later, they called again and rescheduled. During my talk with HR, I mentioned that the first interview location was an hour drive away, which made me uncomfortable. So, she found a place that was only 37 minutes away. After that first interview, they called me back the next morning and offered me a job as an insurance salesman, and training started the following week, also an hour's drive away.
