Candidate-reported interview process

I applied via LinkedIn and the first step was watching a 30-minute recorded webinar. After that, there was a group interview with about 40 other applicants. In that group interview, they went over the work hours and how the pay is structured. I think they get a lot of applicants because the job description is so general, and then people drop out once they hear the actual details. This job wasn't really a good fit for me, so I left the interview once I understood the role and pay better.

First they gave us an overview of the company, then we had an HR interview. They asked about our past experiences and if we're a good fit for the job. Then they asked specific questions about our professional experience, focusing on things like loyalty, being competitive, and teamwork.

The interview process was great and informative. It was interactive with a lot of back and forth between myself and the hiring manager. My questions were answered and I answered theirs. By the end, I felt confident that I was a good fit for the position.
