Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really nice phone call. Then I went in for a 3 part interview process. First was a one on one, then a group interview, and tomorrow is my third interview. Everyone was super friendly and really knew their stuff about the company and products, sharing their personal experiences. The coolest part was hearing they don't do cold calling! The office itself was spotless, nicely decorated, and felt very welcoming.

It was a 5 stage interview process. The people I interviewed with were great and knowledgeable about their work. The team focused on assessing my alignment with the company and understanding my needs to ensure a good fit.

The whole process was suspicious from the start. I got an email after posting my resume on Indeed.com and the email address was not a professional one. The job offer emailed to me was not at all what the job was. Customer Service/Management quickly turned to 100% insurance sales. I was disappointed to say the least. The interview itself was the same as everyone else's here. Called in for a 1 on 1 which quickly tipped me off about the nature of the job. Then a group interview/presentation. I told them I was not interested.
