Candidate-reported interview process

Lots of interviews for this gig, it was pretty chill! I had to go to a class for it. It was okay but could be a bit anxiety-inducing since it was sometimes a group thing.

I had a quick 5-minute phone call with a screener. Then, we watched a webinar for about 30 minutes about the company and how awesome it is. After that, there was a 45-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.

The interview was straightforward and brief. They emphasized the potential for unlimited earnings and flexible scheduling as major pluses. What really stood out to me was how they connected potential income directly to the effort I put in – basically, that hard work really does lead to rewards.
