Candidate-reported interview process

It was smooth, but there was no follow-up to know the timeline - I was basically left hanging. My interviewers were nice, though. Probably ask for a timeline at the end of the interview.

the interview was on teams and was going over basic fundamental thinking questions. Make sure you study you provide answers that are thorough and express how you think critically. Also it was Powersports so a general knowledge of ATV's and side by sides would help.

I had an in-person interview and the interviewer was really nice and helpful. Everyone I interacted with afterward was also friendly. The interview was challenging, but nothing unexpected came up.
