Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter and hiring team didn't agree on what they needed for the job. No real job duties were given to me before interviews. The hiring team either wasn't serious about hiring or had someone else picked already and was just interviewing other people to meet quotas. They asked super specific questions that only their chosen person could answer perfectly, basically to make it easy to reject everyone else.

Got an email asking me to sign up for a speed interview round over zoom. It was a behavioural internship interview with people from the team I would potentially be working with. They asked STAR format questions.

The first few interviews were fine, but after they scheduled an onsite interview, they took back their messages about it and ghosted me. It's not a good look for a larger company, especially after I spent time on the interviews.
