Candidate-reported interview process

The atmosphere was very comfortable. I was asked to fill out an availability sheet for hours Monday through Friday, and they really do try to work with you. There were quite a few scenario questions, like what would you do if you had a customer who was unhappy?

On the phone, they asked me about my experience. Then, I was invited for a formal interview. I initially went for a server position but since there were no seasonal server openings, I had a second, shorter interview for the sales role.

They have this packet with a bunch of open-ended questions, and you gotta answer like two from each page. They're pretty typical questions. Oh, and you have to pass a background check and a drug test, I think.
