American Girl Interview Questions

They asked me about my past experience, how I heard about the company, and what my work schedule would look like. They also wanted to know how many hours I can work, especially on weekends and holidays.

It was a hiring event where I had to wait 3 hours to speak with department leaders. They had a sign-up list and then we just waited in a room. The process wasn't efficient at all. The actual interview was only 15 minutes. They also sent an email saying they were hiring for an event coordinator, which wasn't true, so people had to leave because the information was wrong.

The interview process was terrible and a waste of time. It began with an HR screening call, followed by an actual interview that required a 4-hour wait. They asked simple questions, but the process felt redundant.
