Applied online and then was contacted via email a few times. Had a zoom interview where the interviewer was on time. The WiFi connection was choppy. They asked the bare minimum questions and didn't ask enough to let you really sell yourself. They just wanted to know if you were okay with living in a room with eight people.
It was really fast, like 3 days from applying to getting flown out, it was kind of a rush. I couldn't believe how fast it was. Basically, they review your resume, then an online interview, then they fly you out, maybe a hotel, and then you're on the boat.
The interview experience was great! The staff were all super friendly and fun, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. I'm looking forward to my upcoming interview.
