Had a virtual interview with the supervisors on the team. It was pretty standard, asking why I want to work at the ACLU and on this team. They also asked about my resume, my research background, and my experience with indigent defense.
I had a quick zoom screener with the deputy director that was under 30 mins, then a panel interview for an hour with the director, deputy, some staff attorneys, and past paralegals. After that there was a skills test, and then a reference check.
I had a nice phone screen and then did a skills test. I was supposed to interview but had a better offer so I didn't go. I asked if they could move up the interview so I could compare, but they said no.
