Candidate-reported interview process

I spoke with the Intake Manager, who was really nice. They asked me general questions about why I wanted to join the nonprofit and how this experience would help me and my career later on. It's really important to know the mission of the ACLU and what they stand for.

After about a month, I got an email requesting an interview. I had my first phone screening which was about 30 minutes. The next week I had a second interview that was 90 minutes with some of the team members.

It was a virtual interview. I felt like the interviewers weren't really into it and some of the questions they asked caught me off guard. The interview process is already tough because of Covid, but this one felt way more intense than the others. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how it all went down.
