It took a while to get a response after applying. The interview was a casual Zoom call with standard internship questions. They didn't ask about my resume or behavioral things, but they did ask about DEI. About a week after the interview, I got an offer.
It was pretty simple, they let me take my time answering questions. I was on the phone which I think made it harder to build rapport, but it also reduced some of the pressure.
It was a virtual behavioral interview on Zoom. Pretty straightforward. They got back to me in about two weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. I guess they wanted someone with more experience.
