It was a really simple interview process. The steps were straightforward and they followed up well. The staff made it easy to know what would be asked and on what timeline. The interviews were panel format and challenging, but they're looking for the right fit of experience, presence, and capability.
Applied online, HR reached out a month later. First, a 15-min phone interview. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring supervisor director, lasted 30 mins. HR was helpful setting it up.
Got contacted by HR about three weeks after I sent in my application. Then, about two weeks after that, I had my interview. I spoke with the division VP and the hiring manager. They asked standard interview questions like to summarize my previous experience, why I think I am qualified, how I can contribute to the company, and so on.
