Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really simple interview process. The steps were straightforward and they followed up well. The staff made it easy to know what would be asked and on what timeline. The interviews were panel format and challenging, but they're looking for the right fit of experience, presence, and capability.

I applied via email and got a screening call from HR. The next day, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met with the hiring manager and department staff. It was a simple, pleasant, and straightforward process, and the people were nice.

Applied online, HR reached out a month later. First, a 15-min phone interview. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring supervisor director, lasted 30 mins. HR was helpful setting it up.
