Applied on LinkedIn and the hiring manager got in touch 2 weeks later. Received an offer the week after the interview. The entire process was super fast, under a month!
The interviewers were really nice. There was just one round that was mostly behavioral but included some straightforward technical questions. I was also asked to talk about my past projects and situations where I had to take a leadership role. It was a very simple process overall.
It was a 2 round process. First was a screening where I had to answer three written questions. Then I had a 1-1 interview with my direct manager, which lasted 45min. It was very nice, and we talked about my CV and behavioral stuff. They wanted to see my passion. I got very positive feedback and an immediate verbal offer, then an HR offer call 3 days later.
