Candidate-reported interview process

I got an email the day before my interview, and the next morning I had my interview. The interview went great. The interviewer asked me basic questions about why I'm interested and my past experiences.

Mi experiencia fue muy gratificante, primero fueron habilidades emocionales y después se tiene una opción final con el equipo para ser parte del capítulo internacional. Es una experiencia muy buena

The interview process includes several steps. It starts with applying, then goes through interviews and tests to check skills and how you fit with the company. Finally, there are background checks and a decision. During the interview, you'll need to talk about yourself, answer questions about your past work and what you want to do, and ask questions about the company. It's helpful to be organized, like using the STAR method for behavioral questions and looking up the company before you go.
