The interview process was really thorough, fast, helpful, and just a great time. Everyone I met with, from the team members to those I shadowed in the Kansas City office, was awesome. They used to invite interviewees to the office to shadow entry-level employees for the day (this was before COVID).
I went through about three interviews, all of which were discussion-based with no technical questions. The only downside was that all three interviews were back-to-back panel interviews, which lasted about 3 hours.
There was a phone call followed by two interviews. They took a long time to respond, which was annoying. Communication was poor, but the people were nice. Thirty words are needed, but I don't have anything else to add.
