Candidate-reported interview process

Had a good phone call. The interviewer was focused and kept to the schedule. They only asked questions related to the job. They already knew they liked my resume and just wanted to confirm I could explain why my experience fit.

An American Century recruiter reached out to see if I was interested. I said yes to a phone call. We had a good talk and they said they'd send my resume to the hiring manager. Later I got a rejection email. The manager didn't see my talent. I wish them luck.

First, there was a recruiter screen. Then, I had a technical and behavioral interview with some team members and the hiring manager. They asked about my coursework, previous experience, how I approach problems, and if I can learn fast in a team.
