It was just one interview with HR and two other people from a different area. It was chill, they asked the usual questions. They didn't test English or Excel. It's good to know about the company and the job opening before joining the meeting because they ask about it.
The interview process moves pretty fast after connecting with the recruiters. They're nice and make it simple to get through. There was a brief video call and phone communication.
The interview process was smooth and the hiring dinner was greatly organized. However, they took very long to get back to me. They had said they would give us feedback in 2 weeks but it took way much longer for them to reach out with a rejection, which really sucked because I had paused applying to other positions for almost a month.
