This was a typical interview that went virtual because of Covid. The HR rep did a good job of prepping me and the whole experience was professional, nice, and easy to follow.
Got an email for a phone interview the next day, just a Skype time, no interviewer name. Talked to HR about why I want to work there and salary expectations. They gave confusing salary ranges. Two weeks later, another call with two people, this time I had names. Lots of scenario and technical questions, but they didn't seem super relevant to my fit. Two weeks after that, an interview with the hiring manager and two department managers. Had a week to prep. They asked about my background and gave more scenario questions, these were more job-specific. Everyone was nice, enjoyed meeting them.
I applied and after a couple of weeks, I had a phone interview. I got the job offer just a few hours later. We had a great talk about why I was interested in the company.
