4 step process: 1. initial interview/pre-screen 2. second interview 3. sit in shadow shift 4. final interview To me this feels like overkill.... I think after the sit in, The offer should be made because theres another "interview" in that sit in so why drag out the process.

It was a super fun and easy process, probably the most enjoyable interview I have ever done. I appreciated how they encourage you to see how things work before deciding if you want to work for them. It included a Phone Interview, Virtual Interview, Pit sit and in person interview.

So, the first part is a quick 15 minute phone call, mostly just to screen you and see if you're a good fit. Then we move on to a 30 minute video interview where we dive a bit deeper. There might be more interviews after that, depending on how things go.
