4 step process: 1. initial interview/pre-screen 2. second interview 3. sit in shadow shift 4. final interview To me this feels like overkill.... I think after the sit in, The offer should be made because theres another "interview" in that sit in so why drag out the process.
The interview process was pretty simple. My recruiter was very responsive and kept me updated, which was great. Since you interview with different school systems for your actual placement, each interview experience will vary.
It is a 4 step interview process. You will also do a "pit sit" where the fellow recruiters interview you and you shadow them. First interview is over the phone with a talent recruiter. Takes about 4-5 weeks in total. Make sure you prepare in advance about the company's mission, offerings, and KNOW the job description. They want to make sure you know the job requirements before moving forward.
