I submitted my resume through my school's recruiting system. After my resume was selected, I had my first interview at my university. It was a 30-minute behavioral interview with a program alumnus, focusing on getting to know me rather than tough questions. About a week later, I was contacted to schedule a second round interview at their Houston headquarters the following week. This second round involved three 30-minute interviews with upper management, primarily behavioral. Given Amegy's strong training program, I felt they were more interested in my personality fit than technical skills. Following the second round, an offer call is expected.
They asked some basic questions about why I chose my major and my college, and also why I was interested in this specific job. Then there was a short test to see what I knew about what the role involved.
Phone call first round, then a superday with 3 in person interviews for 45 mins each. After the interviews, we had lunch with all the candidates. The overall process was easy and everyone was nice.
