I submitted my resume through my school's recruiting system. After my resume was selected, I had my first interview at my university. It was a 30-minute behavioral interview with a program alumnus, focusing on getting to know me rather than tough questions. About a week later, I was contacted to schedule a second round interview at their Houston headquarters the following week. This second round involved three 30-minute interviews with upper management, primarily behavioral. Given Amegy's strong training program, I felt they were more interested in my personality fit than technical skills. Following the second round, an offer call is expected.

Applied online via the career center website. Then chatted with recruiters at an on-campus career fair. After that, I had an on-campus interview. It was a 30-minute behavioral type interview. The person interviewing me was really nice and approachable. The whole application process was pretty straightforward, and they were accommodating of my unusual school schedule.
