It was a long interview process with many interviews with managers at different levels. It took about 2 months from start to finish to get the job. All interviews were done over the phone or on Teams video.
The hiring process began with an initial HR pre-screen, which was pretty standard. After that, there were lower and upper-level interviews. They asked very standard interviewing questions. They also asked about my salary range, reason for leaving my previous job, and my future expectations. The second interview was more focused on the types of previous accounts I'd handled and how I managed them.
