After submitting my resume, I got a phone screening call within two weeks. Then, I had to do an open-book test to show my coding skills. After that, I was supposed to get an invite to interview with a coding manager, but I didn't get called back.
The process was pretty easy to get into. First, there was a phone screen with the recruiter, and then an on-site interview. Everything was really straightforward. They didn't ask any dumb questions. During the phone screening, I got an overview of the job, pay, hours, and general expectations.
The interview process is multi layered, seems organized so far. I am currently awaiting offer. I have been given several opportunities to ask any question I may have. Hopefully the onboarding process will be as organized as the interview has been.
