Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and HR reached out about a month later. Then there were two phone interviews. They assign you to a specific team for the interviews.

The interview process was very quick, with just two phone calls. The first was a general screening from HR, and the second was with the head of the department I would be interning for. The questions were typical and not too difficult.

The interview process started with a 30-minute chat with HR, followed by another 30-minute discussion with the department manager. The interviewers were really nice, and there weren't any technical questions; it was all behavioral.
