Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a phone interview, a coverage task, an in-person meeting, and finally a phone offer. It was a lengthy but standard process for this industry. HR was very slow with the paperwork. Nothing unusual happened.

After submitting my application, I went through a phone screening, and then there was another phone screening. After that, they made me an initial offer, which came in a letter detailing my salary and benefits.

The whole thing took months. I had a bunch of interviews with HR, and I made it all the way to the final round. I thought I did pretty well, but I guess I'll never know for sure since I never got a rejection or anything. I sent a bunch of emails and made calls to HR to see what was up with their hiring, but nobody ever got back to me. Hopefully, they'll have a better process down the line.
