Candidate-reported interview process

The people were great, really friendly. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview, mostly about seeing if you'd be a good fit for the team culture. It's important to know the Sundance product well and to be a genuine fan. The whole process took quite a while.

First I talked to HR and the person who would be my direct boss. Then, I met with several people in the department to get a better idea of the job and the team I would join.

It was pretty easy. I initially applied for a different job but wasn't selected. However, I was referred for another, better position and got hired in just 3 days.
