Applied through company website and then I got an assessment mail and a versant communication mail. I cleared both and got a mail that I was shortlisted for interview. I attended the interview which had both technical and behavioral based questions and then next it was followed by a managerial round.

Just a written test on basic investigation skills and communication, including drafting emails and using their platform. They also checked your priority over some tasks happening at the same time. No prep needed. Email confirmed the offer after months.

I was not from this background so I couldn’t prepare well and answer properly. The HR was nice and understanding. She asked me about my previous roles and the companies I worked at. She asked about my roles and responsibilities and my skillset.
