Very easy and supportive. They give you a ton of resources and advice ahead of time, so it feels like a natural conversation between you and the interviewer. You talk with two separate interviewers, and each one takes no more than 10-15 minutes.
The difficulty of an interview is judged by how complex the technical questions are, how many interviewers there are and how senior they are, and how much time pressure there is. This difficulty level shows the company’s high standards for candidates.
It was complicated and the business was bad at giving feedback. The interview was done via Teams and felt very disjointed, would not recommend to others. They talked over me many times too.
