Candidate-reported interview process

Interview process was long, but smooth. Interview prep shared with me as a candidate was useful and I had chance to ask lots of questions on process and next steps. Recruiter was quick in responses.

Multiple rounds of interviews focused on Amazon leadership principles. It’s easy to pass if you really study them and prepare multiple answers for each. They ask many follow up questions so you must know them well.
