Candidate-reported interview process

two rounds of interview, one with HR and one with two managers from the team. they asked behavioural questions, questions related to my CV and its content and examples from my experiences based on Amazon leadership principles.

The whole process had three interview rounds: first an HR round, then a Manager Interview, and in the end a panel interview. Most of the questions were centered on the resume and the projects handled in previous and current roles.

After some initial scoping questions from the recruiting team, the first round was a screening interview with the hiring manager – a typical Amazon-style process with situational questions where they wanted STAR format answers.
