There was a quick turnaround time and a very hands on interview process. This helped build a mutual respect between both sides and I am really grateful for the experience.
Typical process: 1–2 phone screens and/or role-specific online assessments, followed by a multi-interviewer ‘interview loop’ of about 4–6 × 45–60-minute sessions. Rounds combine SQL/analytics case work and behavioral questions tied to Amazon’s 16 Leadership Principles (answered with the STAR method). Many loops also include a Bar Raiser interviewer.
Pretty typical questions in my view. Had to use the app portal a bunch. Didn’t end up getting the role but the recruiter was pretty nice and I thought overall how they did it was efficient.
