Very clear and fair. All the questions are driven by the Amazon principles, so it’s important to prepare different situations that show how you used these principles in the past. The full process is around 3 hours (3 blocks of 1 hour each).

3 INTERVIEWS IN ONE DAY. all ran out of time, no breaks in between, the last one was a business case and the most challenging. had to spot patterns in the excel. the formulas were pretty easy
