Phone interview with the hiring manager or maybe a deputy. Went on for around an hour, maybe a bit longer. Pretty friendly overall, nothing really to complain about. They did come off a little cold.
Very Slow because of constant delays from company side, but can be worth it if you feel confident in your ability to clear the interview rounds. Patience is really key for this.
First round was pretty neutral — they began with two DSA problems centered on arrays and strings, then moved on to OOPs topics like inheritance and polymorphism. After that, they shifted to some HR-style questions about teamwork, challenges you have faced, and future goals. Overall, it felt like a balanced round with a mix of technical and behavioral parts, checking both logic and communication. The interviewer was friendly and offered hints when needed, so it felt more like a discussion than a strict evaluation.
