Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a 45-minute phone call. After that, there was an on-site panel interview that lasted about 3 to 4 hours. A test is required and graded before the panel interview. If you don't pass the test, you won't move forward in the interview process.

The interviews were good. There were three rounds which included English questions and a technical exam. After that, there were final interviews with the general manager and the HR manager. It's very important that you have availability for traveling in your area.

The interview had 3 rounds. First, a written test. Then, a technical interview. Finally, a video conference with higher authorities at Amada India Pvt Ltd. A final talk with the President is the last part of this process.
