Candidate-reported interview process

I had 3 rounds of interviews. The last one was in person. During that one, I did some white board exercises, then solved SQL tasks, used Postman, and wrote Cypress test scripts. I think I did pretty well. After that, they kind of disappeared, and I never got any feedback.

The interview process started with a 45-minute phone call. After that, there was an on-site panel interview that lasted about 3 to 4 hours. A test is required and graded before the panel interview. If you don't pass the test, you won't move forward in the interview process.

After a 30 minute phone call, I met with two managers in person for a 45 minute interview. They seemed really passionate about the company. They asked me some basic questions, showed me schematics, and talked up the job. They also gave me an aptitude test.
